Shipping policy

We want to make ordering from the Bath City shop as simple and straightforward as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 working days, although this can vary depending on the products ordered, current demand, and whether items are held in stock or made to order.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During particularly busy periods, including new kit launches, promotions, Christmas, or other peak times, processing and delivery may take a little longer.

Stock and Product Fulfilment

Bath City products may be fulfilled in different ways depending on the item.

Some items are:

  • held in stock and dispatched directly by Bath City
  • produced to order
  • dispatched directly from one of our manufacturing or fulfilment partners

Where products are sent direct from the manufacturer or supplier, delivery times may differ from standard club stock items.

If your order includes a mix of products from different fulfilment sources, your items may arrive in separate parcels and at different times.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

UK Standard Delivery

Typically 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.

UK Made to Order or Manufacturer Direct Items

Typically 5 to 10 working days after dispatch, although some items may take longer depending on production and supplier lead times.

International Delivery

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping provider. International orders may take 7 to 21 working days after dispatch.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, delivery location, and shipping method selected.

Any delivery promotions or free delivery thresholds will be clearly shown on the website where applicable.

Split Deliveries

As some products may be shipped from different locations, we may send your order in more than one parcel.

You will not usually be charged additional delivery fees for split shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.

Pre-Order Items

If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page where possible.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may either:

  • hold the order and dispatch everything together once the pre-order item is available, or
  • send items separately if operationally possible

This may vary depending on the products ordered.

Personalised and Printed Items

Items that include shirt printing, customisation, or personalisation may take longer to dispatch.

Please allow additional processing time for these orders, especially during busy periods.

As personalised items are made specifically for you, they may be subject to different returns conditions. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, you will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that not all delivery services include full tracking.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering.

Bath City cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery where an incorrect or incomplete address has been provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we may need to charge an additional postage fee before the order can be resent.

Delays Outside Our Control

From time to time, deliveries may be delayed due to factors outside our control, including:

  • courier delays
  • severe weather
  • industrial action
  • customs processing
  • supplier or manufacturer delays
  • high seasonal demand

We will always do our best to keep customers informed where possible, but Bath City cannot accept liability for delays caused by third-party delivery services or suppliers.

International Orders, Customs and Duties

For international orders, local customs charges, import duties, taxes, and handling fees may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or delivery charge unless explicitly stated.

Please check your local import rules before placing an order.

Missing, Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and full details.

We may need time to investigate with the courier or supplier before a replacement or refund can be arranged.
