Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from the Bath City FC Shop. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging where possible
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse a return if items show signs of wear, damage, or are returned outside of the 30-day window.

Personalised Shirts & Printed Items

Replica shirts or other items that have been customised with a printed name, number, sponsor patch, or other personalisation cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty.

Please ensure that all spelling, sizing and printing selections are correct before placing your order, as personalised items cannot be amended once production has begun.

This applies to all customised merchandise including:

  • Player name and number printing
  • Custom name printing
  • Competition or sponsor sleeve patches
  • Any made-to-order merchandise

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and personalisation reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personalised or custom printed products
  • Underwear or hygiene related items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Perishable goods

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item where possible

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or replacement item, please contact us first so we can confirm availability.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Sale Items

Items purchased in a sale or clearance may be exchanged but are not eligible for a refund, unless faulty.

Cancelling an Unfulfilled Order

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, you can cancel it yourself, no need to email us.

  • Sign in to your account at shopify.com/16247791/account
  • Find the order under your order history
  • Select Cancel items (this option is available as long as the order hasn't shipped)

You'll get an email confirming your cancellation request, and we'll process your refund as set out below.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled this way, our standard returns process applies instead.

This is in line with your right of withdrawal under UK and EU consumer protection law, which gives you the right to cancel a distance purchase without needing to give a reason.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
